[:pb]A 15ª edição do lançamento da campanha Primavera Para a Vida (PPV) aconteceu neste sábado (12), reunindo mais de 100 pessoas nas dependências da CESE, na Graça. O objetivo da campanha, que acontece desde o ano 2000, é estreitar e ampliar a relação com as bases das igrejas. Eu respeito a diversidade religiosa. E você? foi o tema escolhido para este ano.
Para discutir sobre a questão, a CESE reuniu representantes de variadas expressões de fé em uma roda de diálogo. Participaram da mesa os membros do Centro Islâmico da Bahia, Robson Hassan e Yahya Abdulah Ramhan; a ebomi do Terreiro do Cobre Lindinalva Barbosa; Frei Jorge Rocha, da Igreja Católica Apostólica Romana; Pastor Bruno Almeida, da Igreja Episcopal Anglicana do Brasil; Pastor Djalma Torres, da Igreja Antioquia e do Centro de Pesquisa, Estudo e Serviço Cristão -CEPESC; Presbítero Augusto Júnior da Igreja Presbiteriana Unida e o Pastor da Igreja Luterana do Brasil Nelson Kilpp.
“A CESE continua cumprindo sua missão no sentido de estar agregando e reunindo a gente para refletir sobre a importância do respeito a diversidade, além de reunir diversos pensamentos, filosofias religiosas, no sentido de buscar uma sociedade melhor, em que a gente construa relações de paz e harmonia”, pontuou Lindinalva Barbosa.
Durante o diálogo, os representantes destacaram a importância do respeito ao próximo para a paz no mundo. “Precisamos nos posicionar em relação aos direitos que estão sendo desrespeitados, a mulheres, gays e às religiões. Os direitos humanos estão sendo ameaçados no Brasil”, apontou Sônia Mota, diretora executiva da CESE.
Logo após o painel a mística ecumênica foi realizada e cada representante escolheu um dos elementos, água, fogo, terra e folha, que representasse suas religiões.
“O islã exige muito da água para a purificação, representa muito a nossa religião porque mostra a vida” ressaltou Robson Hassan. Para o pastor Nelson Kilpp, o fogo é o que melhor apresenta o cristianismo, “porque representa o fogo do Espírito Santo que deve arder em nossos corações em todos os momentos”, destacou. Lindinalva Barbosa encerrou mostrando que os quatro elementos são importantes para o candomblé “a água está relacionada ao princípio feminino, o fogo que é o responsável por nos ajudar a forjar as ferramentas de guerra, e a folha é imprescindível, sem folha não há orixá”.
Ainda na mística, os presentes foram convidados a expressarem suas impressões através da pintura ou frases, em painéis coletivos que depois foram expostos no local. O momento foi encerrado com a apresentação do Coral Ecumênico da Bahia, composto por 35 cantores, sob a regência do maestro Ângelo Rafael, com direção do pastor Djalma Torres. O coral é um projeto humanitário que luta por causas sociais e busca o respeito entre as pessoas.
Movimentada por muita música, a tradicional feijoada da PPV reuniu cerca de 150 pessoas no terraço da CESE. Rifa e sorteio de brindes também fizeram parte do evento. Após o almoço, as crianças puderam conhecer, através da oficina de acessibilidade, como vivem as pessoas com deficiência por meio de brincadeiras lúdicas.

O valor rrecadado com a venda da feijoada, bebidas e doações recebidas serão revertidos para o apoio a projetos ligados a diversidade religiosa, enviados para a CESE. [:en]The launch of the 15th edition of the Spring for Life (PPV) campaign took place this Saturday (12th), bringing together more than 100 people at CESE’s headquarters in Graça. The objective of the campaign, which has been held since 2000, is to forge closer and wider relations with church bases. “I respect religious diversity. How about you?” was the theme selected for this year.
CESE brought together representatives from various faiths at a discussion circle, in order to talk about the issue. Members from the Islamic Centre of Bahia, Robson Hassan and Yahya Abdulah Ramhan; Ebomi from Terreiro do Cobre, Lindinalva Barbosa; Brother Jorge Rocha from the Roman Catholic Church; Pastor Bruno Almeida from the Anglican Episcopal Church of Brazil; Pastor Djalma Torres from the Antioch Church and Research Centre, Christian Study and Service (CEPESC); Elder Augusto Júnior from the United Presbyterian Church and Pastor from the Lutheran Church of Brazil Nelson Kilpp, took part in the round table.
“CESE continues to fulfil its mission in the sense of joining and bringing us together to reflect on the importance of respect for diversity, as well as bringing together various ways of thinking and religious philosophies, in order to seek a better society, in which we build relations of peace and harmony”, pointed out Lindinalva Barbosa.
During the dialogue, the representatives highlighted the importance of respect for fellow man and peace around the world. “We need to position ourselves in relation to the rights that are being disrespected for women, the gay community and religions. Human rights are being threatened in Brazil”, commented Sônia Mota, executive director of CESE.
Soon after the panel, a ecumenical celebration was held and each representative selected one of the elements: water, fire, earth and leaves, which represented their religions.
“Islam makes great demands on water for purification, it really represents our religion because it shows life” emphasised Robson Hassan. For the pastor, Nelson Kilpp, fire is what best represents Christianity, “because it represents the fire of the Holy Spirit, which should burn in our hearts at all times”, he highlighted. Lindinalva Barbosa closed by showing that the four elements are important for candomblé “water is related to the female principle; fire is responsible helping us to forge the instruments of war and the leaf is essential, as without leaves there are no orixas”.
Also during the celebration, those present were invited to express their impressions through drawings or phrases on collective panels, which were later exhibited in the space. The event was closed with a presentation by the Ecumenical Choir of Bahia, comprising 35 singers, led by the conductor, Ângelo Rafael, and directed by the pastor, Djalma Torres. The choir is a humanitarian project which fights for social causes and seeks respect between people.
Entertained by a lot of music, the traditional PPV feijoada brought together approximately 150 people on the CESE terrace. A raffle of gifts was also included in the event. After lunch, the children were able to learn about how people with disabilities live through light-hearted games in an accessibility workshop.
