“Citizen of Faith” project debates democracy and social justice with black evangelical women

This year, the Citizen of Faith project, run by the Network of Black Evangelical Women (Rede de Mulheres Negras Evangélicas: RMNE) came to an end. In its second edition, activities were based on the central role black evangelical women have begun to play on the Brazilian political scene. The initiative included debates about Brazilian democracy, the female evangelical vote and citizen education, all focused on the issue of race.  The project received support from CESE through its Small Projects Programme.
