To restore the presence of women at the crib is to remember the network of women, the possibility of transforming solitude into communion, the love that alleviates the pains of childbirth and farewell.
Christmas teaches us a lesson about the strength of a woman, the cooperation of a man and the fragility of a child, to show us that the Kingdom of God is constructed with humility, simplicity, respect and welcome.
In these uncertain times, a child’s cry gives us encouragement and hope.
