Between February 17 and 20, representatives of the Ecumenical Coordination of Service (Coordenadoria Ecumênica de Serviço: CESE) attended the “Change the Game Alliance Meeting” in Kampala (Uganda). The initiative, which provides face-to-face and online courses in local resource mobilization and mobilizing political support, is implemented by CESE in Brazil and by other organizations in countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, with support from the Dutch organization Wilde Ganzen.
More than 40 participants from civil society organizations met to develop strategies about improving local action and strengthening the alliance’s continuity. The idea is for Change the Game to collectively contribute to and influence development and governance processes in member organization countries.
