The Process of International Networking and Dialogue (Processo de Articulação e Diálogo: PAD) has launched a publication aimed at promoting awareness and reflection about new trends in international development cooperation. To enrich the debate, PAD held a live roundtable discussion, with widescale participation from the public and experts from the main countries involved.
The publication was supported by CESE and the Giving for Change project, which CESE runs in Brazil, strengthening links and mobilising civil society organisations in the international arena.
